The online presence for the Yale Law Report

On a picture perfect first day of spring, about 60 YLS alums and their guests – as well as a few recently-admitted students - gathered at the home of Christine Adams ’94 and Jim Asperger, for the third Stanley E. Tobin ’58 Memorial Address. It was also the third time Christine and Jim graciously hosted the gathering. Judge John Farrell ’66 welcomed everyone and spoke about Stan Tobin, and why the YLSA of Southern California wanted to create this event in Stan’s honor. Then Greg Stone ’77 introduced his classmate Dean Robert Post ’77, who gave a very interesting talk on “Democratic Constitutionalism,” followed by lots of questions. After the talk, everyone enjoyed an absolutely delicious dinner.
