On May 18th, YLS alumni gathered at Wiley Rein LLP in Washington, DC for a panel discussion entitled “Immigration Reform: Views from the Hill.” Leon Fresco ’03, Immigration Counsel, Senator Charles E. Schumer; Serena Hoy ’00, Senior Counsel, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid; and Tom Jawetz ’03, Counsel, Immigration Subcommittee, Committee on the Judiciary House of Representatives were the panelists. Not surprisingly, there was much discussion on this very much in the news topic.
