Yale Law School held its second annual Constitutional Law Breakfast in Washington, D.C., generously hosted by the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. Over 100 D.C. area alumni registered to attend. The program, “June 2011—YLS Breakfasts for Supreme Court Watchers," was moderated by Linda Greenhouse ’78 M.S.L., the Senior Research Scholar in Law, the Knight Distinguished Journalist in Residence, and Joseph Goldstein Lecturer in Law at YLS, who led a lively discussion of some of the 2010-2011 term cases with her fellow panelists: Martin S. Lederman ’88 J.D., Professor at Georgetown Law School; Andrew J. Pincus ’77 B.A., Clinical Visiting Lecturer in Law at YLS, and Partner at Mayer Brown; and Paul M. Smith ’79 J.D., Partner at Jenner & Block. Yale Law School D.C. alums had plenty of time to mix and mingle over bagels and coffee before and after the panel discussion. Our thanks to Fried Frank for being such wonderful hosts in their new offices.
