On a glorious sunny mid-September day PenJerDel alumni and their guests (from Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey) mixed and mingled over brunch in a lovely garden at the home of hosts Sarah Ricks '90 and Tom Dolgenos '90. Arlen Specter '56, Senator from Pennsylvania, 1981-2011, gave an extremely thoughtful talk on “Usurpation of Constitutional Authority” and responded to lively questions from group. It was another wonderful annual Garden Party, the fourth in what has become a tradition for Law School alums in the area!
