During the weekend of October 3-5, 2008, members of the Class of 1951 and their guests took part in a fun-filled "mini-reunion" in San Francisco. The weekend kicked off on Friday with a Chinese dinner at 1930's themed restaurant Shanghai 1930 and was followed Saturday by a bus tour of the city that included stops at the DeYoung Museum, Land's End, and the Holocaust Memorial. Saturday was topped off with dinner at L'Olivier. The weekend wrapped up on Sunday with a brunch graciously hosted by Arthur Albrecht '51 at his home on San Francisco's historic Lombard Street. Such a delightful time was had by all at the "mini-reunion" that members of the class are hoping to repeat the experience at other locations in the future!
